My complaint:
So i went through the mercari app to sell a 850 dollar Christian dior rasta style purse and ups ended up losing my package so i had the buyer texting me everyday about where it is at and she was.confused about what i was telling her so i texted her my number and i guess that was a rule so they deleted my account and banned me from using them well ups had already lost my purse and i was calling them everyday about getting my item back or the money for the item lost well i finally got in touch with someone that could tell me something aftet two weeks of me calling so ups tells me since i went.through the mercari app they have to send documents showing how much the purse was being sold for and that i it so i could get paid and so for another two weeks i called mecari and they woild never tell me anything just keep making tickets to send the documents then after over a month of dealing with mercari not contacting ups so i could get remembursed i threatened legal action or bbb because it is ridiculous and all of a sudden now because they deleted my account i cannot get my money back that doesn’t even sound legal and its ups that lost my stuff not them they have nothing to do with it missing but they still have to.send proof of everything and they wont so im out 850 dollars and no item and when i.ask for higher ups they say oh they dont have phones … so how do i go about gettimg my money from these thieves

I want my money i want mercari to get with ups so ups can pay me for what they lost of mine and if not im going to look into legal action
