My complaint:
I sold a brand new MacBook and the person that bought it scammed me and Mecari didn’t even let me talk to them and now this person.has sent me back an item that possibly has been gutted and altered , I have to get it checked out . The person has put me through mental harassment having lied in first saying my laptop was damaged then after I asked them to upload photos saying well it’s not the laptop it’s the cord . Mecari won’t even speak to me . And the person I believe took out parts and messed up my laptop this has been extremely mentally hard and emotionally hard and they have not even contacted me my laptop was 1700 plus tax . And I took a loss already selling it at 11000
Suggested solution:
They should of spoken to me first read the messages seen what the person was doing how they kept changing their story than at the end saying I changed my mind you can probably sell it for a similar price . Meccari didn’t even talk to me
