My complaint:
A seller on Mercari was selling fake and counterfeit Tiffany Co items. Item purchased was verified as fake, as well as arrived immeasurably damaged. Case was opened with Mercari. However refund still hasn’t been issued. Fraudulent item was returned to seller as requested by Mercari, but USPS as verified address is false. Tracking hasn’t been updated in over a week and USPS has said several times the address isn’t a valid US address. Have corresponded with Mercari for over a week about this and they’re still refusing to issue a refund.
