My complaint:
I bought a bundle on Mercari seller sent wrong sizes and they were stained it didn’t say that in the add I messaged the seller she said she would send me the right size askede to rate her I tried contacting Mercari to send them back it wasn’t optional it wouldn’t let me Mercari sends multiple generic emails never helps I reported the seller because she blocked me after telling me she would fix it then mecari deleted my profile I get scammed and ripped off and they blocked me from their site no help for buyer’s whatsoever
Suggested solution:
They need to handle scammers on their site they give buyer's only three days before they just pay the seller even though it's not what you paid for they never respond in a timely manner I want a refund
