My complaint:
I made a purchase on Mercari and was out of town during the delivery and missed being able to return these boots. They were ripped at the seams and cracked! The company told me I missed out and sorry there is nothing they could do. Even the buyer after the sale mentioned that they had been in storage for a long time. This is an unfair practice for this Mercari company.
