My complaint:
I sold some items on Mercari. They won’t pay me for sales I already made. They had no problem paying me for months and now they claim I had unusual activity on my account, which is not true at all. The only activity was me trying to collect my money from sales I already made. I’ve been sending emails for weeks now and the only answers I get are totally useless and don’t do anything. I still haven’t been paid for things I sold. They have my money and won’t give it to me and won’t fix anything so I can collect my money.
Suggested solution:
I want the money I earned by selling items on their site
