Mercari complaint: Mercari allows fraud and should not be in business

My complaint:

The seller has a 5 star rating but has hidden multiple cancels due to the fact they were never going to ship to use your money for weeks until you get a refund .

Suggested solution:

Have atty. generals prosecute them for fraud .
