My complaint:
I order a lot from Mercari. I bought from this lady Lauren613. I got sunscreens. The Ad says brand new unopened now inside the sunscreen EltaMD it’s supposed to be 2 mini 0.5 now it was only 1 in the box, but it was only 1 min which means it was open and they took 1 out the box. Now, I in boxed her just to ask about it and she bugged out and blocked me and gave me a bad review. That’s how Mercari treats customers then I will never spend a dime in Mercari again.
Suggested solution:
Talk to the Laura613 because I asked a question and she blocked me then gives a bad review how am I supposed to inbox her when her feelings got hurt and blocked me.. She knows that stuff was not new
