My complaint:

I ordered an item from Mercari. Received notification via email that the seller had 3 days to mail the item and even received an email that they went an email to remind the seller to ship my item. All links in their email were dead links that did not exist. I wasn’t able to check the order status or contact them directly. Horrible customer service and fraudulent site.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money or ship the item I already paid for. Update your site links so it’s not so shady.
