My complaint:
The seller and Mercari were the worst to deal with and never will I purchase one more Mercari item nor used item. It was a big joke. After trying to return item then I was notified of pictures they needed. That was crazy I already had removed and packed item up to return. The seller agreed to refunding money and Mercari made it extremely difficult. I desperately need that $77 returned to my account.
Suggested solution:
They should return my money to my account asap after such mishandling. I do not have photo of item to display. It did not work.
