My complaint:
Asked for help at self check and I mentioned several people were waiting. The lady said that’s too bad. I’m a 60 year old male, and I was not expecting this. Suddenly a young man walked up and stood very close behind the gentleman I was with. I guess he thought he was security.
Suggested solution:
The personnel working at this store need training in customer service. Its too bad because I used to like Meijer. I wont be back to this store, and we spend at least 300 a month, usually much more.
