My complaint:

I bought 2 sets of curtains at 29.00 each.I only could find one receipt.I just bought them less than a month ago.im 75 and it’s hard to get out.Because I did not produce 2;separate receipts as one I lost I was allowed to return one set.I is your product and this didn’t matter.They have their policy.I the rings on curtains were not my style.Niw because I lost a receipt and want a more fuller appearance with a different way to hang them with gathered type top im stuck with one set I can’t use as I’m not happy with them.After all the money I spent there I was shocked and decided not to ever go back.I feel in long run Meojers is one who lost money.The customer is right is better policy as most people are honest.I will shop at Targets and Walmart now as I like their treatment better.i don’t return often but when I do I don’t need an experience.Its not like I can jump in a car and zip down there.So I will keep them and I lost 30.00 buch.You lose hundreds .Thank you though.

Suggested solution:

I don't think I'll get a response I want.Even an even exchange of the price would work for me but I'll never use these
they are brand new so I can't sell them Im dissipointed

7 months ago - h hassle to feel like they don't care about the customer claiming they provide care for their customers and there satisfaction.
