McDonalds complaint: Wrong order

My complaint:

2 weeks in a row took my grandchildren to the drive through and twice my grandson was given the wrong order. Was not happy as I sat in a queue to get the meals then had an upset grandson.

Suggested solution:

Make sure their staff is trained as this could cause you to lose customers.
