My complaint:
I visited the Galashiels McDonald’s today and order a sweet chilli wrap meal. When I received after a long wait because the chicken had to be cooked I discovered all that was in the wrap was chicken, lettuce a bit of cucumber lots of mayonnaise but no sweet chilli sauce! This is the second time this has happened to me as I previously ordered at another time on a drive through and received the same mix and no sweet chilli sauce. It seems obvious to me that the people preparing the meals do not know what the wraps should be made up of and the lack of training of staff is so obvious. I was very disappointed by the meal and as I was in a hurry had to eat it but it was NOT enjoyable! Please ensure your staff know how to,prepare the meals you are advertising as it is frustrating and disappointing to not get what I paid for and expected for.
