My complaint:
The burleigh waters maccas is by far the worst maccas i have been to, unfortunatly its my local store. Most visits and i mean 8 out of 10 visits the order is incomplete or wrong, service times threw the drive way at times is pathetic and on my last 2 visits 1 tonight and 1 aweek ago ive lined up in the drive threw as usual and finally get to order and am told there were no think shakes or soft serve ice creams the only 2 things i was after not only have i waited to order then i had to wait for ever while the cars in front received their order no apoliges just a shrug and thanks for coming. Im so glad hungry jacks are just abit further down the road so long maccas never again
Suggested solution:
maybe a new owner as these problems have been happening for along time now.
