My complaint:
The man behind the speaker was rude but when I got manger she seemed so racist I was very surprised on how this woman spoke to me and my son when my son asked her to speak to the young man regarding the way he spoke she actually laughed and said your kind is not welcome here so we drive home after waiting 15 mins in car park as the update of the system I am a women who nearly 50 years old I know racism as I’m a black woman and i clearly know when someone been racist this is not on I had to say to her I’m English and can unberstnd you her rely was so what I’m the manger
Suggested solution:
Well the manger needs a word to or suspend her from her work this can’t happen again how can a company have racist person speaking to none white people like that telling me our kind not welcome there I have little faith in McDonald as they will not do anything and blame the customer this is outrageous I had to do this as it makes me sick that anyone is going defend a clearly racist person I won’t go back to this McDonald and this happen just after midnight disgusting if they don’t suspend her and the you d man definitely needs the right training
