McDonalds complaint: Unfair business practice

My complaint:

First off I want nothing free ! The outragous amount of wait time due to only one lane given service. I waited in line while 1 – 2-3-4-5 and YES even a sixth car went thru before I could get a response from anyone. I spoke with Crissy was the name I was given. She was manager that day (today). She ttied to explain but rather than just explain something should be done. I was boiling angry. So were the people behind me blowing their horns. I normally have had good to moderately good service. I do understand issues getting people to work and show up. But my friend you are making enemies with service so unfair. I must say one lane was very happy. NOT ours tho …

Suggested solution:

Prevent any such mistake from being make twice. One more time like that and I will publically boycott McDonalds. I know one customer but they can add up with that type unfair service.
