My complaint:
I went to McDonald’s today and ordered a sausage and cheese bagel and they gave me a steak bagel instead with onions. I am also highly allergic to onions. I called them to get my food core3xred and stated I couldn’t come back until tomorrow morning and they stated they can’t do that. This isn’t my first problem with mansfields McDonald’s and just wanted it made right. They did not seem to care and was laughing over the phone.
Suggested solution:
I would like my money back for the sandwich or the food resolved.
