My complaint:
I ordered a qtr pounder with cheese combo
The total was 9.00. The drive thru handed me a
Medium drink and I said no I ordered a large I tried to pass the drink back but the manager stepped and handed me a even smaller drink. I told her I ordered a large and it was for my boss she reused to just give me a large sweet tea instead she said I could take the two cups. It was my bosses lunch and here I am carrying two cups to him up 5 flights of stairs because the manager of your store was a difficult person. I called the store about 1:16 pm to talk to manager and she said I’m not segueing with you and hung up
Suggested solution:
Easy they should of gave me the large sweet tea that I ordered. Not argued with me. They saw the order I order and paid for large but was yelled at in the drive thru and on the phone
