My complaint:

Im very, very happy. This is not a complaint I want to shout very loud at the Excellent and Hi-level of professional service i received at your establishment by Manager Joseph…02102021 01:38am. First I’m african american and a male and we rarely get people to really show true kindness. However I go to this establishment on a regular basis. I drive a bus for the city and i get the worst of people more than i like to and for a change its a real pleasure when i come across real nice and kind people who generally represent the best of humanity, and your Manager Joseph has always displayed this to me and my guest. Im writing this letter now at this time of 03:10am 210201 Because i didn’t want to forget. Basically today while in the drive thru Manager Joseph was working.. he recognized us and said Welcom, how are you We recognize his voice but didn’t know he remembered us. Suggested solution:

You can first of all update your commercials and show your wonderful 24-hour staff providing excellent customer service. Because during the pandemic it means a lot to see the staff well protected and really showing a can do attitude and....Please if you make a new commercial please put this CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERSTAR IN THE COMMERCIAL
