My complaint:
I would like to make a compliant about a meal we purchased on the 20522, this was a t
reat for my birthday. Not only was it cold and not cooked, but we also had raw chicken with a bone in,
We called the store and spoke to a Holly at 18.20pm, she was not helpful at all and rude to my wife. They said they couldn’t help or even offer to replace the meals.
Not only was it cold, order was wrong, I am pretty sure my son and wife had food poisoning from this, as they were sick all night, luckily me and my daughter did not have the nuggets once we see the raw chicken.
