My complaint:
I have visited two different McDonalds in the past two weeks and both times my orders were not filled as ordered. In Houghton, MI, I requested a hamburger with just ketchup on it and received one with everything BUT ketchup – it was for my granddaughter and she didn’t even begin to eat it until we had left the restaurant. The second visit at the Ishpeming, MI restaurant, I ordered an artisan chicken sandwich and received one with absolutely nothing on it and since the order was to go,, I was already on my way before I started eating a piece of chicken on a bun. Very disappointed in my recent visits.
Suggested solution:
Contact the managers and ask them to remind staff to follow the orders.
