My complaint:
I ordered two strawberry milkshakes and the new Chips Ahoy McFlurry. Days Inn told me to pull up to the number one waiting station. I then waited for approximately 20 minutes before someone even came out. It wasn’t even my food it was a lady that was clocking out. She began to ask me if I was still waiting on my food that I had ordered, she said that that was ridiculous I had been waiting that long. 5 minutes later a lady came out I’ll need to bring my two strawberry milkshakes with no straws. She then begin to tell me that they were out of Chips Ahoy. After the whole reason I pulled up was to wait on the Chips Ahoy McFlurry. I’ve been asked her to just refund me my money. She took approximately another 5 minutes to come out with my cash. Is the most poor service I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s. I want something for my time and my money that I spent it wasn’t even worth it I could have ate and somewhere else without waiting that long. I expect compensation for my troubles. I have never ever experienced anything like that
Suggested solution:
Compensate me for my time. I'm a hard-working man that works all the time. I was very upset how they handled the situation. They could have gave me something for free and still gave me my cash back. But instead they just give me my cash. So if it's not too much to ask for a free meal or something of that nature thanks in advance
