My complaint:
My wife and I stopped at the Santa fe TX location. We were pulling an 18 ft enclosed trailer so we couldnt use the drive through. My wife went in to get us drinks a chicken sandwich. The young Hispanic told my wife to wear her mask it’s the law! She refused because she has a medical condition. He told her to get out that we need to use the drive through and she said we cant bc we have a trailer so he told her to get out that someone would bring our stuff out. 5 minutes later no one came out. so I went in and again the guy was very rude so I got rude back. This is the 2nd time he’s been rude to us!
Suggested solution:
Make sure your employees know they cant force anyone to wear a mask especially when there is a medical reason as to why! And if they aren't careful by asking why you cant and wanna know the medical reason, well that violates the HIPAA act and you can be sued!
