My complaint:
I here on company business i had been driving for 6 hours we had 3 orders the first was 2 6 piece nuggets and a small fry and a large sweet the second order was a mcdouble and 2 medium fries we never ended up ordering the 3 but we are right across the street at baymont went dropped another worker off as we were pulling off i notice my fries were cold even tho i asked for everything to be fresh and came back in the process of coming back i. Spoke with the women who took my order she claimed we had beeb gone 40 minutes which was no were near true if we placed a order at 9:19pm but was back in the drive thru at 9:31 pm told they would replace it then was told they weren’t going to replace so i asked for a refund and was told no and the police were called all becuase i wanted a refund
Suggested solution:
I want my refund or something becuase i simply either wanted my food replaced or my money back but instead i had the police called and asked to leave without my food or money
