My complaint:
We got to McDonalds off 5701 US-90, Katy, TX 77494 around 10:45pm store closes at 11pm had an online order did not receive it because the employees decided to close early. Hooted to draw attention but no one came. Could hear someone close to drive thru window but the never opened it. Counted 5 employee cars in parking lot. Called store number numerous times but phone was off hook. Two other Customer cars were also behind us but realized they’d closed early and left like we had to with no food. Refund my money app does not have option. Who is managing this place?
