I have raised an order on McDeliveryExpress app at 8:40 PM today. The ETD was shown as 9:05 PM.
I waited for the delivery till 9:30 PM. Afterwards I called up the MCDonald’s brands situated in Gaur Central Mall, RDC ghaziabad at no. 097117 45595. Almost 5-6 mins after I was told that they have no clue where the order was.
I called up McDeliveryExpress call centre and When I switched back to the app for helping them with the order ID, I was surprised to see that my order was marked as Delivered and that too at time 9:05 PM.
I raised this point to the McDelivery call centre executive. After spending almost 20 mins with them, I was assured that the order will now be delivered to which I denied.
I had a word with their supervisor and he too assured the same but no one had an answer for the sake of completion of delivery SLA’s how can they so irresponsibly mark the undelivered order as delivered and that too in past time.
I requested the supervisor to register a complaint for this unprofessional behaviour. He said that you need to drop an email for registering the complaint. I insisted that you are working in a call center and telling me that there is no provision of registering a complaint? After communicating them that I am left with no choice but to post this complaint on FB and tagging relevant people, he unwillingly registered my complaint with if 285626.
This is truly unprofessional on McDonalds part.
The company should explain as to how they can mark the order as delivered when the same has not been delivered.
Cherry on cake is they are marking the order as delivered in past time.
