My complaint:
Yesterday I visited mcdonalds and ordered mc veggie. In french fries I got hair., so I complained to the person who is taking orders. She came, and saw and then she told that OK and then left. I waited for 20 mins so that they will come and apologise but then no one came and she started ignoring me. I hated this behavior and felt very bad.
Suggested solution:
It would be great if they replaced the order and I felt I wasted my money. I left the whole French fries and left the shop. Felt very depressed.
