My complaint:
Manager got my order ..I asked for my shakes told another girl to get my cups..then walked away!!!… I had ordered shakes…no coloring or flavor in shamrock shake they were mainly vanilla..asked to redo and she told me I get what machine gives me!!!.. I spent $25 for this kind if service by the manager nine the less!!… It was today 313…at 5:20 pm…west 140th and puritas ave cleveland ohio 44111
Suggested solution:
I feel at least free shakes or something and retain that manager on professionalism!!!!!
