My complaint:
A mobile ordered and I paid with my virtual card which didn’t have much on it as it is I was hungry and I got over there to pick up my order and through the drive-thru the guy said okay and I told him the number he said okay go to the window the supposedly manager would not give me my food she said there was no mobile order that I didn’t order nothing although I showed her the receipt and I have the receipt that was from the mobile order I have the receipt so I ended up with no money and no food.
Suggested solution:
They simply need to investigate the so-called manager because I deliberately showed her my receipt and she would not give me my food I'm still hungry I have no more money.
