My complaint:

in sept. of this yr. [2020] I visited a local mcDonalds , I ordered a coffee , when the girl handed me the coffee, unbeknownst to me the lid was not properly attached, resulting in the coffee spilling all over my arm and body as I brought it into the car. my watch was covered in hot coffee, and my leather band on my Cartier watch was ruined. I complained to the restaurant, and did not hear ANYTHING from the owner of the franchise , I then went to corporate, they submitted it to the insurance co. and I was refused payment of a new band on my watch , because I took the cup of coffee into my car! there is video showing the incident. I am appalled at the decision as it clearly shows the spill and my reaction…
