My complaint:
I went into McDonald’s and ordered two sausage and egg McMuffin. I stood and waited 15 minutes watching people who ordered after me get there food and leave. They kept telling me my food would be up in a minute. Finally I said this is ridiculous and asked for a refund. Totally unacceptable.
