My complaint:

My family stopped at McDonald’s on 4182022 where we all placed our order on the kiosk my wife didn’t know what each of us ordered so the lady Sera or Cera handed us 2 cups my son had ordered a smoothie but we were given 2 cups my son tried to say he ordered a smoothie but was ignored so he took his cup and put a small amount of water not any sodas or other beverages water then the lady that works there yelled about why would we take 2 cups when when only order one and a smoothie she was the one with the order and handed out the cups. Then she demanded that we pay for the water cup my wife said no she had the order in front of her so she should have known how many cups to give out. Then the lady demands my son pour out the water and bring her the cup. Her actions were totally unprofessional and completely lacked customer service skills of any kind. And she made my wife and son extremely embarrassed by her actions.

Suggested solution:

I’m not sure what should be done but the lady made the situation extremely embarrassing like we were trying to steal a cup of water. Something needs to be done you shouldn’t have to get embarrassed by an employee for their own mistake. It’s simply not a good way to act In a customer service industry.
