My complaint:
My husband and I both have heart conditions which will not allow us to have caffeine. In our home town of Brewton, Alabama we have insisted that our caramel iced coffee be made with decaf. No matter how many times we order this we get weird looks, and the employees are looking at each other perplexed, but they eventually accommodate us. No other McDonalds in any other city will. They all say, “ We’re unable to make an iced caramel coffee with decaf.” I understand that the decaf is hot and melts the ice, but if regular coffee can be cold for the concoction, can’t decaf also be kept cold. There are millions of people, who due to medical conditions, are unable to consume caffeine. Please solve this simple problem so we can continue to give you our money. Lol. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Suggested solution:
Have an appliance to keep decaf coffee cold for the Iced Coffee’s. Add the option of “Decaf” for iced coffee to the menu.
