My complaint:
Today, me and my family, including two children, at around 09.30 in the morning, came for breakfast at the indicated branch of the McDonald’s Napoli Via Medina Italy, since we know that usually the quality of food and service around the world in the McDonald’s is very good. Usually when we travel, we always have breakfast at McDonalds. Today, as usual, we ordered breakfast (order 35). It took a long time to prepare it , like nowhere else before. When they finally brought it, there were a lot of egg shells in my burger. I showed it to an employee, who said she is a manager. When she saw the shell, she said they will replace it. 10 minutes passed and my whole family had already eaten breakfast, but they didnt bring the burger. I went up and asked where it was. They told me that it wouldnt be done, because they had problems with eggs. They also refused to return the money to me. I asked to see the manager and a woman with brown hair and name starting with U ,replied that she was the manager. I asked for her name and came back for phone to record it. When I returned, she took off her badge so that I would not recognize her name and refused to call it. After that, I said that I would take a video of everything that happened there for writing a complaint. after that, several people jumped out of the kitchen and started to take a fotos of me and my family,including kids.They were were very aggressive and were shouting that they would call the police.!!!! My little child was very scared and started cryin. because of this, we were forced to leave the establishment, and in a state of shock, I forgot to even take the check for ation. The children were so scared that they said that they never wanted to go to McDonalds again. I ask you to urgently request all the video from the cameras inside and outside the building,recordings of what happened, to understand the current situation and respond to me about the measures taken against employees within the prescribed period by email
