My complaint:

I drove all the way to Paarl from Wellington to buy the quarter pounder with cheese burger with cheese which was half priced today. I went through the drive thru giving the code to the lady who was at the window. She struggled to scan the app and the code disappeared on the app. She simply said there is nothing she can do to help if the code disappeared. I ordered another burger asking to speak to the manager which also told me the same story without warning me that that might happen. Terrible service by them

Suggested solution:

Just warn the customers about the scanner thats not in working order
