My complaint:
I ordered a new Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich and large soda.
My wife ordered a regular hamburger, small fries and iced tea.
The chicken sandwich looked like it had been sitting out all day, dried out,
soggy bread and about 12 the size of the ones advertised on television.
My wife’s hamburger bun was just as soggy, and her fries were soggy as well, EVERYTHING was soggy but the crispy sandwich was the smallest, most pitiful fast food sandwich I’ve ever experienced.
Suggested solution:
Either reimburse me for the meal or give me a voucher for the same in which I can only keep my fingers crossed that we get something edible next time.
