My complaint:
I had went to pick up food for my door dash order and the lady on the speaker wasn’t loud enough so I pulled up to the first window and the lady that first helped me opened up the door and she yelled at me that I have to tell her the order at the first screen. Before I could even tell her that I was having trouble hearing her she cut me off and said that I should listen to her she shut the door in my face and than I was sitting there for about 10 minutes before the manager at the store came up and she started yelling at me and told me that I have to go back to the window and start over at this point the line was already long and then customer on the door dash app was asking me how much longer. I wasn’t rude or anything. I have so many things on my mind and I just lost the place I was staying at. The fact that they didn’t want to give me the order so I can continue on with my delivery was so rude. I told her I want to get the food and go and she did not want to serve me my food and I told her I was not going to leave. She said that she would call the cops and she did. As I pulled up to the first window I started to cry. I don’t know why I couldn’t just get the first that someone else order. It wasn’t my fault that I couldn’t hear her. The fact that they almost got me to lose my order and have the customer extremely angry at me was wrong. She called the cops on me just because I didn’t want to tell her the number through the microphone. Honestly I have worked at McDonald’s plenty of times and I don’t understand why she was being so rude. I can matter of fact give her the number at the window but they just wanted to be in control of the situation and not make the customer happy. Also as she was on the phone I heard her say that I as being violent and I was blowing smoke in the window. That’s not true. I told her that I just want the order and go.
Suggested solution:
I haven't even been a person of conflict I don't even see why she made it a problem. I wasn't being rude. I just know that she could have helped me with getting the order before she let the line get long. She didn't have to ignore me like I wasn't not there. I wasn't even yelling. I was crying at this point. I am tired of people being so fucken rude. It just makes life harder for everyone.
