My complaint:

Placed mobile order it was the last of my money. I had to feed myself and kids. I got charged got to the drive through. And they said sorry we aren’t taking orders I said I placed a mobile order they then just said oh sorry you will be refunded in 24 no wait 48 hours. I couldn’t get my order we went hungry this night

Suggested solution:

How i wonder what would you feel like getting home with nothing and no way to feed your kids. It was a messed up night. I gotta send my kids to bed hungry.
