My complaint:
Went to get latte then paid as received coffee I politely asked for sugar was rudely told there is none which I said I can’t drink without it then she huffed as it was an effort to check she went and then got some and just shoved it in my hand and walked away I waited till she came back and said obviously you had some before it got out off hand my partner told me to drive off so think she obviously needed customer care skills politeness doesn’t cost any thing as I go there every day for coffee and also on the 26th I went to spalding to pick up parts for my mate and stopped for a meal to my sis belief I saw 5 rat’s running round for food which put me off my meal and will never attend there again I actually took photos many thks
