McDonalds complaint: Shocking service

My complaint:

First of all given flat drinks with no ice then was asked to park up, waited 15 minutes before going inside.,,well what a shambles, the way the manager was speaking to the customers was absolutely shocking and she should not be working in a fast paste environment especially in a managerial position, she was shouting at a customer who had been waiting over 30 minutes and told him it wasn’t her fault she was short staffed and that he should of cancelled his order if he wasnt prepared to wait..surely if they couldnt cope they should have made a judgement call to stop taking orders, totally unacceptable especially in a family friendly environment, thank goodness there were no children around.

Suggested solution:

First of all I would like refund, the food was cold, thrown in the bag as the chips we mainly at the bottom of the bag, the drinks were warm and flat as apparently the syrup had gone and there was no one available to change it

I would also recommend some customer service training for the manager as she was an absolute disgrace and if you check your cameras will prove how poorly the situation was handled overall
