My complaint:

I went thru drive thru ordered a big mac combo. When l got home an opened the big mac the sandwich. had been half ate two bites. I immediately got back in my car and drove back to the store amile. Away. I explained to the manager Erica who told me l was lying she doesnt believe thats. What happen..She would not return my money or give
Me a new big mac she was extremely rude an had the social skills of a slug.

Suggested solution:

I want my money back an a written apology from the manager Erica. Im seriously thinking about litagation. This manager caused me a great deal of stress an incovenince worst attitude ever its all on camera
