My complaint:
On 4-11-21 I visited the drive thru at McDonald’s. I ordered a crispy chicken patty and a number 7 meal. I received the number 7 meal and a grilled, burnt chicken patty. The line was long and I didn’t feel up to returning. That night the sandwich came up. In fact, everything I ate I threw up. On WednesdayI was taken to the emergency room. I was diagnosed with constipation, nausea, pain and a blocked colon. I was given morphine, nausea medicine and something to induce bowel movements. The products sort of worked. However it caused diarrhea. I could not go to work because if this. I contacted McDonald’s and I was told it was impossible that I was served a grilled patty. I was hung up on. I asked the corporation for the company’s insurer. This person called me and was abusive. Later the company’s insurer straight out denied the claim. I remain in pain, bloated and ill.
Suggested solution:
Pay the cost of bills, lost pay, compensatory amounts and an apology.
