My complaint:

Order 40 $17.17 walk-in 5132021 7:04pm Store 2282
I ask to have the deluxe Qtr burger $5.89 to be changes for the app deal get one with fries and drink for $5.00, the response is the order has been paid for can’t do it. When my order came no sauce for nuggets or napkins, poor qualify customer service.

Another customer had been waiting for a cheese burger that they missed on the drive up window for over 10 minutes and she asked to talk to a manager with a rude response as well.

People want to go out and patronize business during this hard enough time that when we do treat people with respect.

Suggested solution:

I should of been given a refund, and been able to order the meal deal. the deals don't work in the store as I was told that last week, so I downloaded the app and she did not acknowledge the app deal. I was not asking for them to do anything out of the ordinary or against the rules I was wanting the deal that is offered to all customers with the phone app.

As much business as McDonald's does world wide you need to train the staff that the customer has to feel important or they won't come back, i am 66 years old and have worked in the fast food service before. I will be surprised if this even gets read, thank you for your time.
