My complaint:

I ordered Drive-through food 28082020, the young girl handed my meal and said something, All I heard was sorry. I drove off and thought I’d better check my order, to discovery I’d received the wrong order. So I took it back in the store and explained my order was wrong to I think the Manager, she abruptly said well she did tell you it was the wrong order’ did she not. I said I didn’t hear what she said over my noisy car, but she could of done. She called out to the staff in a disgusted way and reordered my meal. Then snickered and said something to the young girl that previously served me, while she was looking at me. When my order was ready the Manager turned to me rolled up the package abruptly and practically through it on the counter in front of me with out saying any thing, then turn her back on me. Then I said is that my order, she said with a fake smile, yes it is thank you.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Details should of been clarified and asked before I was judged and embarrassed in front of the public, an apology would of been excepted for my inconvenience and for the wrong order. I didn't need the extra stress my husband just died recently. I think the Manager should be demoted, or sent for more training purposes.
