McDonalds complaint: Rude service and had to wait long at drive thru

My complaint:

I had worst experience at mcds drive thru while ordering the person taking my order at drive thru intercom was impatient and rude when she asked drinks I ask the fam in car what they want and she was respplonding on intercom hellloooooo and had a attitude. I had a big order the share fam meal box and 2 happy meals. Your staff should have some patience. Then I came to payment window and waited over 10-15min to make payment as your system had problems with the order. The time I got my food and drove home like 5min away then my food was cold and chips tasted horrible. Worst service ever. I mean I paid nearly R300 for my order and that is what I get for service for Mcds.

Suggested solution:

Voucher would be appreciated for the bad service and cold food.
