My complaint:
Twice this week I have gotten old-cold fries with my Buttermilk chicken sandwich. I’ve gotten used to the terrible fries but now I’m getting the sandwich that is so over cooked it is inedible.
This location very rarely has fresh fries it’s obvious that the cooks are cooking too many at a time and letting them sit there.
I’m tired of having to make a return trip to this location and waiting for a replacement, my time is valuable.
Suggested solution:
The cooks need to be better supervised. Random and scheduled quality checks need to be made. And customers should be compensated for their time.
