My complaint:

I DO NOT DO THIS TYPE OF THINGS TO BE IN COMPLAINT. I DO NOT KNOW IF THE PERSON WAS HAVING A BAD DAY OR HAVING PERSONAL PROBLEMS! MY HUSBAND ASKED FOR AND ORDER OF 2 SAUASAGE MCMUFFIN WITH HASH BROWN. AND THE ON THE RECIEPT IT WAS ONLY GIVEN ONE. MY HUSBAND WENT TO PAY AND THIS WAS AT THE DRIVE THRU AND THE SUPPOSELY MANAGER NAME IS JESSICA AND TOLD MY HUSBAND THAT, THAT WAS THE ORDER HE HAD ASKED AND THAT HE COULD NOT GIVE HIM THE OTHER HASBROWN, HE SAID HE WILL PAY FOR IT. HE WENT INTO THE RESTURANT AND TOLD THE JESSICA THE MANANGER THAT ON THE RECIEPT IT WAS. MY HUSBAND STATE THAT HE WILL PAY . FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND THERE WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER WITH THE SAME ISSUE. I UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN AND WE ALL GO THROUGH ISSUES IN LIFE . ME PERSONNAL HAVE GONE THROUGH ALOT BUT I AM NOT GOING TO BE TAKING IT OUT ON PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IF SOMEWHERE OR SOMEHOW THERE WAS A MISCOMMUNICATION. AND THERE IF A LANGUANGE BARRIER YOU HAVE TO STOP AND ASK AGAIN. I AM NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING IN RETURN!!! THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE AT THIS STORE

I DO NOT WANT ANYONE FIRED OF THERE JOB!! I DO UNDERSTAND WE ARE ALL GOING THROUHT THINGS IN LIFE! YOUR ATTITUDE WILL IMPACT THE WAY WERE A PROBLEM OR SITUATION ARISE. NO ONE IS PERFECT BUT PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND MY POINT OF VIEW. AND LIKE I SAID I HAVE BEEN PUT IN SITUATION THAT IF I WOULD HAVE REACTED THE WAY SHE DID I WOULD HAVE GONE OFF ON HER. AND THIS IS NOT MY ATTITUDE IN LIFE . I AM A VERY POSITIVE PERSON.
