My complaint:
When we paid, the card was grabbed and pretty much thrown back at us. When we were waiting for our food the females were playing with their long hair while handling our food. Just laughing and cutting up like it’s nothing. Plus the receipt machine was broke.
When we got home we saw our entire order was wrong , and found hair in our fries!! We called to speak with the manager but never had an answer. By this time I’m really angry. I DID NOT GO BACK AS I KNEW ID BE IN JAIL !!!!! I’m close to called the State as this Mc Donald’s is always messing up orders! This is closest to my home .
I keep thinking Hopefully they have it together!!!! Not even close. My order totaled out to $ 30.87!!!! Not trusting the rest of our food would not have hair it was given to our Dogs!!!! Please fix this problem !!!!!. This was two days ago
Suggested solution:
Get your employees to put up their hair, sanitize hands, don\'t touch their hair!! Seriously, common sense, classes in handling customers, and respect!!!
