My complaint:
Every time I go to the McDonald’s located in Centralia, WA my order is either wrong or unsatisfactory,I use the drive thru every time because it’s convenient. Less than a week ago I ordered 3 mcdoubles,no pickles,no onions,add Mac sauce,1 large fry and a large sweet tea. Once I got home,I live 5 miles away,I opened up my order and realized that my fries were half way filled and already cold,and all 3 mcdoubles were made incorrectly. So I reviewed my receipt,saw the order was rang up correctly but the tickets attached to my food were the wrong order.They had given me some one else’s food.So I drove back to the restaurant immediately and went back through the drive thru. The lady at the first window told me to go to the second window and they will remake my whole order. When pulling up to the second window they asked for my receipt,which I never got back, and my food,which had everything in it because we didn’t touch the food,just unwrapped it.A girl came to the window and asked why the issue was and I replied with,you guys gave me the wrong order,the lady at the first window said you were to remake my whole order. After waiting awhile I got my order and drove home.Once at home I realized there were no fries ??? It was late and I didn’t feel like making a third trip to McDonald’s so I just went without the fries I had paid for. My complaint is that this location always makes sloppy thrown together burgers,half filled fries and 95 percent of the time iam either missing something from my order or it’s incorrect. This is extremely frustrating. Not to mention they have teenagers working the drive thru that have zero work ethic and horrible customer service. I don’t need attitude when they clearly are at fault for the mistakes.
Suggested solution:
I'd like complimentary meals.At least a comp for 3 full meals at the highest price on the menu .
